At Goodwinds, our pultruded carbon tubes are made from high-quality materials that are low cost and feature superior longitudinal stiffness. We can provide both standard and custom lengths with diameters as small as 0.125" and as large as 0.750" and a cut tolerance of 0.005". Our tubes are manufactured with carbon fibers that are unidirectionally oriented, resulting in enhanced mechanical characteristics. They feature a minimum tensile strength of 240 ksi, tensile modulus of 240 ksi, and shear strength of 6 ksi. Made from a bisphenol epoxy vinyl ester material matrix, each tube is designed and manufactured to serve a wide range of applications.
